Virtual Machine Connection Error

There are many reasons you may be experiencing a connection error when you attempt to open a virtual machine. One of the most common reasons is that our virtual machine backend is being blocked by your organization. This can occur if you are using a computer and/or network connection issued by your organization. If you are experiencing this issue, please ensure that the backend to the EPIC Cyber Range is whitelisted by your organization.

If whitelisting doesn't resolve your issue, please submit a support ticket:  cyberrange@consult.tacc.utexas.edu
